menstrual pain

baru bertenaga untuk menaip semula..hahaha..
just recover from menstrual pain.
this is common 2 me(tiap2 bulan pun kena)
after 10 years of SUFFERING, *perlu berhiperbola*
baru ari ni terbuka ati tuk cari info psl penyakit ni.

The natural pains are caused by contractions in the musculature of the uterus. The contractions are caused by the release of the body's prostaglandins, which are hormones produced by the lining of the womb. So, when there are abnormal or cold conditions, it will cause pain

Primary dysmenorrhea refers to menstrual pain that occurs around the time that menstrual periods first begin in otherwise healthy young women. This type of pain is usually not related to any specific problems with the uterus or other pelvic organs. Increased activity of the hormone prostaglandin, which is produced in the uterus, is thought to be a factor in primary dysmenorrhea.
Secondary dysmenorrhea is menstrual pain that develops later, after periods have been more normal, and is often related to problems in the uterus or other pelvic organs
solutions:

1. easiest way~Grab a hot water bottle and hold it to your stomach.* ni utk mencairkan darah2 beku yg berada di kawasan uterus.aiseh!

2.Exercise more for the week ahead of the expected cramps and continue to exercise through them if you can.

3 Eat at least one banana a day for the same time period - the potassium can help.

4.Ibuprofen or equivalent.(ni me pun xfhm)hihi..kind of drug kali...*sila google.*

I always take panadol during this pain...let us see if there is any side effect of taking panadol during menstruation.......

this is some comment i got from the internet:

1.Panadol is basically the drug Paracetamol, which is also contained in the brand name drug Tylenol (which we get here in the States). I am glad Panadol relieves your menstrual pains so quickly because I never got much relief from Tylenol!Regular, long-term use of Panadol could cause liver damage. However non-alcohol drinkers usually do not have to worry about these side effects as they do not have compromised liver function.
According to one website, "Paracetamol rarely causes side effects as long as it is taken as directed. However, prolonged or habitual use of Paracetamol may lead to liver damage or failure.
Rare side effects of Paracetamol include hives, rash, short breath. If you experience any side effects of Paracetamol, stop taking the medicine and report it to your health care provider right away."-indumukhi A.

2.ya panadol or ponstan 500 mg can be taken during mensural period. it does not have any side effect as it is prescribed even for pregnancy ladies. ginger dipped in salt is another effective medicine for periods pain. it will give u relief very soon. if u want to take ayurvedic medicine then Asoka Arishtam is ideal which should be taken from 1 week before ur periods date in empty stomach.-Brinda Shine

3.Taking Panadol 1-2 monthly for dysmenorrhoea(painful menstruation) is OK.Panadol capsules, tablets and soluble tablets contain the active ingredient paracetamol, which is a simple painkilling medicine used to relieve mild to moderate pain and fever. it works by reducing the production of prostaglandins in the brain and spinal cord. Do not exceed the dose stated in the information leaflet supplied with this medicine.Do not take this medicine with any other paracetamol containing products. As such it does not have any side effects.always try to take tablets at an interval of 8 hours.- Dr. Sindhu

hhhmmm...guess that it is ok taking panadol during period pain as long as tidak overdos...

ok la, maw chow lu..bangas da ni depan laptop..for those yang xtaw what bangas is..sila goole .haha...assalamualaikum
